Herringbone:
1) A pattern consisting of rows of short, slanted parallel lines with the direction of the slant alternating row by row and used in masonry, parquetry, embroidery, and weaving.
2) A twilled fabric woven in this pattern.
Sports. A method of climbing a ski slope with the tips of the skis pointed outward.

This LJ is just a way for me to keep up with the journals of people I enjoy reading and admire, and I probably picked your name up from reading a community you posted to or a comment you left in someone's journal. I'm quite sure I don't know any of you in real life.
